On the other hand, Wasim Akram in several news reports was quoted as saying: "I am tired of denying such rumours and now I want this to end once and for all."

Sushmita Sen issued a clarification while speaking to a media portal saying, "I am extremely fond of Wasim. But if I start having an affair with every man I am friends with... Being in a relationship is a big deal and the day I am in one, I will surely tell everyone. I won't keep people guessing."
Wasim Akram, who turned 55 on Thursday, June 3, married Australian Shaniera in 2013.
