Vodafone, which launched its most supreme 4G networks across five circles last month, is all set to deploy 4G networks in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh (East) for the high-speed data technology.

Vodafone has back-up bandwidth for 2G and 3G services with additional liberalized spectrum in the 1800 Mhz band to launch 4G technology in Haryana and UP, revealed sources.

"At the speed of the current rollouts, those launches may happen as early as April, when Reliance Jio is expected to go commercial. The company is in the process of firming up offers and bundles for its Kolkata customers," sources added.

The telco is offering 1GB of free 4G data on pre-booking of its 4G SIMs in Kolkata, which started on January 12.
