British IT services provider Computacenter said its half-year adjusted revenue rose 15 percent, helped by favourable currency impact and strong growth in Germany.

The company's adjusted revenue rose to 1.70 billion pounds ($2.18 billion) for the six months ended June 30, from 1.48 billion pounds a year earlier.

The company, which provides computer services to customers including Domino's Pizza, reiterated it remained on track for a "record performance" in 2017, and added that it is marginally ahead of the upgraded expectation expressed in April.

The company said, when reporting an update to its first-quarter performance in April, that it would exceed 2017 expectations as market conditions for new investments in technology were "buoyant" at its German business. ($1 = 0.7808 pounds)
