Tata Consultancy Services gives "special reward" to employees
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), part of Tata Group, has said that the company will spend Rs 2,628 crore to pay a special one-time bonus to its employees to mark the 10th anniversary of its initial public offering (IPO).
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), part of Tata Group, has said that the company will spend Rs 2,628 crore to pay a special one-time bonus to its employees to mark the 10th anniversary of its initial public offering (IPO).
The company said, "Globally, all employees who have completed at least one year of service will be eligible for the special bonus payment." Every such employee of TCS will be given equivalent of one week's salary for every year of service at TCS.
N Chandrasekaran, CEO and MD, TCS said, "This special reward to employees acknowledge the role they have played in building TCS into one of the most respected and valued technology services companies in the world."
TCS has over 3,19,000 employees in 46 countries.
