The State Bank of India (SBI) has revised service charges on ATM withdrawals for users of its mobile app and also made revision in service charges on various banking activity like online transactions and issue of cheque books. The new rules will be effective from today or June 1, 2017.

The country’s largest lender will start charging customers Rs 25 per transaction for withdrawing from its mobile app ‘SBI Mobile Buddy’, as well as other transactions. SBI will also levy charges on withdrawals at branches and ATMs beyond the four free transactions, for its basic savings banks deposit account (BSBDA) customers. The BBSDA provides basic services like an ATM card and a cheque book without any annual maintenance charges.

Meanwhile, regular saving bank account holders will continue to get eight free transactions in metro cities and 10 free transactions in non-metro cities in a month. Check out the full details below:
