JSW Steel founders to up stake to near 50%
Steel maker JSW Steel Ltd, said on Tuesday it would raise the founder's stake tonear 50 percent by preferential issue of 15 million share warrants.
MUMBAI: Steel maker JSW Steel Ltd, said on Tuesday it would raise the founder's stake tonear 50 percent by preferential issue of 15 million share warrants.
This would help raise founder Jindal group''s currentholding to 49.93 percent from 45.15 percent by March 2008.
