The data price war has truly heated up. After Reliance Jio introduced its new Dhan Dhana Dhan scheme, giving data at a dirt cheap price, now Airtel has countered them with their new tarrif plans.  It is offering 70GB data to users for as low as Rs 244.

Here are the details of the plans:

Rs. 244 pack

Users will get 1GB data per day for 70 days, in 4g network. 

 Unlimited STD and local calls, with condition that maximum 300 minutes of free Airtel to Airtel calls per day, and 1,200 minutes of free calls on the network for a week. 

Airtel Rs. 399 pack

Users will get 1GB data per day for 70 days, in 4g network. 

'Unlimited' local STD and local calls with cap of  3,000 minutes 70-days.  Intra-network the cap is  300 minutes per day and 1,200 minutes per week.

Airtel's new Rs. 345 pack

Users will get 2GB data per day. It is valid for 28 days. 

Intra-network the cap is  300 minutes per day and 1,200 minutes per week.

These new plans are likely to be operational on Saturday, April 15 as per reports.
