IndiGo, the largest airline in India, has launched a special three-day winter offer for all 6E network domestic and international flights. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, scheme, or promotion, and is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.

“This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo"), to the customers booking IndiGo flights from 06:00 hours on December 23, 2022, up to 23:59 hours on December 25, 2022 (“Offer Period") for travel between January 15, 2023, till April 14, 2023," IndiGo mentioned on its website.

The three-day sale begins today. Prices will start at Rs 2,023 for domestic flights and Rs 4,999 for international flights during the sale, which runs from December 23 to December 25, 2022. Travel between January 15 and April 14, 2023, is eligible for the discount. Additionally, clients can get cash back from HSBC, a partner bank of IndiGo.

Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales, IndiGo, said, “We are entering 2023 as more and more people are taking to the skies. This holiday season, we are also celebrating a strong recovery in the aviation sector and announcing our winter sale for, both, domestic as well as international routes. This offer reinforces IndiGo’s commitment to affordable fares, on-time performance, and courteous and hassle-free service across our wide network.”

Discounts will be given to customers subject to availability and at IndiGo's exclusive discretion because there is a limited amount of inventory available under the Offer, the airline stated.

Data showed that in November, the operators carried 16% more passengers than they did in the same month a year prior (116.79 lakhs vs. 105.16 lakhs). The recovery from the pandemic may also be to blame for India's increase in civil aircraft traffic.

Furthermore, for the entire month of November 2022, only 0.25 per cent of domestic flights on scheduled airlines were cancelled.
