IBC panel seeks views of stakeholders
A large number of cases have been filed under the IBC
The high-level panel of Insolvency Law Committee has sought suggestions on the provisions of Bankruptcy Code from all stakeholders.
The first meeting of the 14-member committee, chaired by corporate affairs secretary Injeti Srinivas, was held on December 8, where the panel decided to seek comments from stakeholders, according to a statement from the corporate affairs ministry. A large number of cases have been filed under the IBC.
