Gold price touches 8-month low, fall Rs 10,000 from August - Check rates in your city

Gold prices February 22: Gold prices have come to their lowest levels in the last eight months. On Monday, gold futures rose 0.3% to Rs 46,340 per 10 grams on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX). 

While the prices of 22-carat gold in Delhi reached Rs 45,410 per 10 gram, the rates remained stable in Mumbai at Rs 45,130.

On the other hand, silver prices soared 0.8% to reach Rs 69,590 per kg on the MCX on Monday.

This comes as the yellow metal rates have come down by over Rs 10,000 in the last six months. In August last year, it reached a record high of Rs 56,200 per 10 gram.
