Four Soft Ltd, software services provider for logistics and transportation firms, said on Monday it secured a deal with Netherlands-based AFS Transport (Rotterfam) B.V, sending its shares up as much as 11.4%.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
At 11.33am, shares of Four Soft were were trading up 9.81% at Rs20.15 in a weak Mumbai market.
