DNA campaign wins gold and silver for MindShare at EMVIES 2006
 
MUMBAI: At the EMVIES 2006, this year’s edition of the annual event that fetes excellence in media strategy, MindShare’s campaign for DNA newspaper achieved a double triumph.
 
The campaign won the Gold and Silver EMVIES in Best Media Innovation Out-Of-Home, and Best Media Strategy Services categories, respectively.
 
The campaign had featured gagged people ambling across busy public places. Suresh Balakrishnan, DNA’s sales and marketing director, said the DNA promotion has become a marketing benchmark.
 
“MindShare was given a two-pronged objective — to create quick awareness with a high impact.”
