Billionaires in India set to double
Even as economic revival scenario in the country continues to look hazy, there will be no dearth of likely acceleration in the growth of ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) over the next decade.
India will see the number of UHNWIs double in the next 10 years, says a Knight Frank Wealth Report 2014.
The report shows the number of UHNWIs (with net assets of $30 million excluding primary residence) is set to grow significantly from 1,576 at present to 3,130, an increase of 99% by 2023.
