A court in Ukraine has dismissed charges of coal smuggling against the local unit of ArcelorMittal, the company said on Monday.
"...All charges of attempted smuggling brought up earlier by the State Customs Service and the Security Service of Ukraine, have been dropped," it said in a statement.
