If you are not one and does now want to get a yealy subscription, Amazon has solved that problem for you also. You can opt for a monthly susbcription in just Rs 129. Aamzon will also be experimenting with ultra-fast delivery. There are certain products in the sale which you can get delivered at your doorstep in just two hours.
Besides the exclusive deals and faster delivery, Amazon Prime members will also have free access to content on Prime Video, Prime Music and lightning deals before other customers.
Below we have listed out what you can expect from Amazon's big Prime Day sale and have given the sneak peek of some of the best deals.
To begin with, it should ne noted that users who currently are trying the 20-day free trial of Amazon Prime are also eligible for the sale. And if you are an Airtel or Vodafone customer, you can get Amazon Prime membership entirely free for one year.
The Prime Day sale will begin at July 16 noon and will continue till July 17 midnight. The sale will be on for 36 hours. Last year it was live for 30 hours.
Amazon will introduce around 200 exclusive products on Prime Day sale. Amazon will also showcase seven new titles during the course of seven days. Some of them includes movies like Raazi, Dunkirk, 102 Not out, Amazon's new show Comicstaan will also be featured at that time.
Users should know that Amazon will conduct a flash sale also on July 16 at 1 PM. It has been widely expected that Amazon will give lucrative discounts on its Echo devices, the Amazon Fire TV Stick (up to 100 per cent cashback). Currently, Amazon Echo Dot is available at a price of Rs 3,699.
If your are looking to buy a smartphone then you should know that Amazon-exclusive smartphones such as the OnePlus 6, Moto G6, Redmi 5, RealMe 1 are now available for purchase on Prime Now app ahead of the Prime Day celebrations.
Notably, products avaialble on the Prime Now app qualify for a fast delivery time of 2 hours for Prime members between 6 AM to Midnight. This offer is in addition to the recently launched Amazon devices selection of Fire TV sticks, Kindle, Kindle Paperwhite (WiFI), Echo Dot and Echo on Prime Now.
Amazon Prime Day is expected to provide up to 40 per cent discounts on mobiles and accessories with to 50 per cent off on electronic goods and up to 70 per cent discount for home and outdoor items. There will be an additional discount of 10 per cent for those paying with HDFC Bank cards. As part of providing a new experience, Amazon India will be launching Virtual Reality outlets across 11 malls in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Kolkata.
