New Delhi [India], Apr 5 (ANI-NewsVoir): Mindmine Institute, an independent think tank set up by Hero Enterprises has kicked off their Thought Leadership program for 2017. A stimulating Mindmine Conversations was held at Taj Lands in the financial capital on March 31, as the institute?s two-day flagship event, the iconic Mindmine Summit gets underway on 20th and 21st April at Taj Palace in the capital.

Senior Ministers in the Govt., Industry leaders and Opinion makers from across various fields will engage in an exchange of ideas at the 11th edition of the Hero Group?s annual flagship event, the iconic Mindmine Summit.

Mindmine organizes a series of high profile dialogues through leadership event.

The theme of this year?s Summit to be held on 20th and 21st April in the capital city is "Disruption ? The New Normal for India?. The two-day conference will see diverse panelists assess the evolving political, business and societal landscape through a mix of interactive panel dialogues, one-on-one exchanges and debates on issues ranging from post disruption, growth and success roadmap of India starting 2017.

On the sidelines of the summit the prestigious BML Munjal Awards for Business Excellence through Learning and Development are also announced.

In a run-up to the Summit, a curtain raiser ?Mindmine Conversations? on Creating ?India Moments? on Disruption attended by eminent industry names was held in Mumbai on March 31 ?17.

The Mumbai Mindmine conversations elaborated upon certain significant topics aiming to address the question of how growth can be revived through private sector investments, which would require confidence-building measures, ease of approvals and availability of loans.

Issues like governance challenges facing corporate India especially the need to balance the role of the promoter (with all its obligations) vis-?-vis other investors were discussed.
