1.Love for racing and supercars

Famous as the man with one of India’s most impressive garages, Singhania is an automobile aficionado. Some of the wheels in his stable include Ferrari 458 Italia, Lamborghini Gallardo LP570 Superleggera, Lotus Elise convertible, Nissan Skyline GTR and Honda S2000. He built India’s first drift track and founded the first supercar club in the country. Singhania has been clicked in racing attire several times in his life.
2.Jets and choppers

Singhania, with Raymond Group’s aviation division, is the owner of two helicopters apart from a Bombardier Challenger 600 private jet that is priced at over Rs 150 crore. His aircraft have luxury interiors curated by famous designer Eric H Roth. An avid flying enthusiast, Singhania once flew a Sukhoi fighter jet in Ukraine.
3.Private Yachts and speedboats

Gautam Singhania’s love for speed isn’t restricted to the road. In water too, he loves speedboats that go fast and has a whole collection of them. The billionaire has named his four boats after James Bond movies, Goldfinger, Octopussy, Thunderball and Goldeneye. Besides the speedboats, Gautam Singhania also owns at least two yachts, namely the Moonraker which can accommodate 10 passengers and boasts a gym and a cinema, and the Ashena Yacht that also houses 10 and is an extremely rare specimen made of fine teak wood.
4.Skyscraper residence

Last but not the least, Gautam Singhania’s residence is the crowning glory of his grand lifestyle. Named the JK House, the Singhania residence is the second tallest private residence in India and is valued at over Rs 600 crores. The towering South Mumbai skyscraper house has various luxuries on different floors from spa, pools, and even a private museum and a helipad. And five floors in this skyscraper house are dedicated to Singhania’s multi-crore automobile collection.
