Reliance Industries Limited Chairman, Mukesh Ambani's 27-storey Antilia in Mumbai was buit at an estimated cost of $1-2 billion in 2010. 

Interestingly, since the Buckingham Palace belongs to the crown, Mukesh Ambani's Antilla is actually the most expensive private residential home in the world.

Mukesh Ambani's Antilia is situated at one of the world's costliest address- Altamount Road in Mumbai. Designed by Chicago-based architects Perkins and Will, Antilia reportedly is worth $1-2 billion. 

Situated in France, this property is ownbed by Lily Safra, a Brazilian philanthropist and widow of Lebanese banker William Safra, the 50-acre estate includes a massive greenhouse, a swimming pool and pool house, an outdoor kitchen among other attractions. It is worth $750 million. 

This property was built for the King of Belgium back in 1830. It's estimated to be around $400 million. 

Valued at $248.5 million, this house is owned by Ira Renner, owner the Renco Group. The 63-acre home comes with 29 bedrooms, 39 bathrooms, a basketball court, bowling alley, squash courts, tennis courts, three swimming pools, and a gigantic 91-foot dining room.
