Born in Jne, 1989, Paridhi Adani's family has a background in law. She is the daughter of Cyril Shroff, the managing partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Her mother's name is Vandana Shroff, who is also a lawyer. Following the footsteps of her parents, Paridhi has earned herself a name in the legal field itself.

Paridhi Adani pursued Bachelors in Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai. Later, she went on to pursue her Bachelor of Laws at the Government Law College in Mumbai. In 2013, she attended the prestigious French business school INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
