Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's daughter Isha Ambani, married businessman Anand Piramal in 2018, at Antilia, the Ambanis' prime residence. The wedding was a lavish affair, with the Ambanis and Piramals presenting the couple with extravagant gifts. Among these, the highlight was Gulita—a sprawling 50,000-square-foot seafront mansion gifted to the couple by Anand’s parents, Swati and Ajay Piramal, which became the centerpiece of public attention.

Gulita, the residence of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, is situated in Worli, one of Mumbai's priciest areas. The magnificent Arabian Sea is visible from the five-story mansion with a diamond motif. Eckersley O'Callaghan, an architectural firm based in London, created the design.

Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal's home has several luxurious features, such as a diamond room, a huge lawn, a temple, a large dining area, an outdoor pool, underground parking, and a diamond room.

According to reports, Swati and Ajay Piramal paid a whopping $61.2 million (about Rs 500 crore) to Hindustan Unilever for the property in 2012. According to NoBroker.com, the current estimated worth of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal's home is roughly $100 million, or Rs 818 crore.

The ultra-luxurious five-storey diamond theme house, built by London-based architectural firm Eckersley O'Callaghan, is situated in Mumbai's affluent Worli district and overlooks the Arabian Sea.

Two of the three basements in the multimillion-dollar "Gulita" are utilised for parking and associated amenities. In addition, the opulent residence in Piramal has a swimming pool, a garden, and double-height multipurpose rooms.

Apart from Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, their two children now also live in Gulita.
