Priyanka Chopra is all set to make what could be called as her Bollywood comeback with Shonali Bose's The Sky Is Pink. More so, she is now a married woman and calls herself Mrs. Priyanka Chopra (Nick) Jonas. The wedding however took place while she was still shooting the film.

Priyanka revealed how her life came full circle on the sets. She spoke about marriage not even being on her mind, and not even meeting Nick when she first came face-to-face with director Shonali Bose. In fact PeeCee went on to reveal that almost as The Sky Is Pink was completed mid-way, is when she was preparing for her wedding with Nick Jonas.

In an interview to Film Companion, Priyanka went on to reveal, "It was ironical. When I first met Shonali, Nick was not even in the picture. There was no concept of the fact that I was getting married. It happened in the middle of the movie."

Priyanka added how she was affected that her father could not be part of her big day. The actress, talking about her healing process, mentioned, "I was missing my father at that point, and thinking about getting married without him being there was extremely affecting. This movie was healing, to deal with death the way Aditi and Shonali both have, in an extremely joyous way, was extremely healing to me. It was something I had not thought about or knew it existed."

PeeCee added, "I remember sitting down in a garden, and me and Shonali spoke about normal things that happened to people. When I was shooting, there was no baggage. Everything felt real and came from an amazing place."

Also revealing that her wedding preparations took place between shots, Priyanka mentioned, "As a team they were extremely patient with me. I was prepping the wedding at the same time - logistics, planning, tastings took place between shots as well. The team would keep samples out. I did my shots and came back. It was all crazy, but there was stillness when we came together to narrate the story. The setup was beautiful so that helped."

When asked if the whole process of switching between preparing her own wedding and giving shots for The Sky Is Pink happened to be distracting, Priyanka stated, "I cannot stay in character. So every take for me was with a fresh perspective. That's how I surprise my director too."
