Watch: Shah Rukh Khan helps La Trobe University PhD scholar fix doctorate gown

Shah Rukh Khan honoured an Indian researcher with La Trobe University's PhD scholarship. The scholarship has been named after him. King Khan, like always, was a true gentleman at the ceremony and an act of his kindness has been gaining attention on the internet.

In the video, Shah Rukh is seen fixing the researcher's doctorate gown as she gets stuck in it. He then even helped fix her hair and got a smile from her. He also adjusted the gown while she wore the same. After doing so, Shah Rukh posed with her and chancellor of La Trobe University John Brumby.

Shah Rukh Khan was at the ceremony in Mumbai. He also gave a speech in which he spoke about his experience at the Melbourne Film Festival which he attended in August 2019. Apart from Shah Rukh, various other celebrities like Malaika Arora and Siddharth Roy Kapur were seen at the ceremony.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan has not signed a single movie since his last release 'Zero' which was over a year back. The actor, however, might soon sign a movie with Rajkumar Hirani, and another movie with Raj and DK. Shah Rukh himself has, however, maintained that he wishes to spend more time with his family currently.
