Shilpa Shetty's video has gone at a time when Raj Kundra recently walked out of jail after spending over two months in prison in a porn case.
After spending over 2 months in prison, last week, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra walked out of the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai after he was granted bail in a pornography case. A Mumbai court granted bail to Raj Kundra and his associate Ryan Thorpe in the pornography case on a surety of Rs 50,000 each. And as Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty continue to be in the spotlight as the investigation in the much-hyped case is ongoing, an old video of the 'Hungama 2' actress shutting down a journalist at a press conference has been going viral on the internet.
As per indiatvnews.com, the video is apparently from the time when the actress's husband Raj Kundra and gutka baron JM Joshi's actor-son Sachin Joshi were in the midst of a legal battle in a gold case.
For the unversed, in January this year, Sachin had filed a case against Raj and Shilpa's former company 'Satyug Gold' for alleged fraudulent representation and non-receipt of gold after six years of making the payment. The court recently directed Satyug Gold to hand over Joshi's gold to him and also pay him a sum of Rs 3,00,000 as a cost towards legal proceedings.
Meanwhile, in the now-viral video, when a journalist is seen trying to ask Shilpa Shetty about Raj Kundra, she shut him down by saying, "Main Raj Kundra hoon? Main uske jaisi lagti hoon? Nahi nahi, main kaun hoon (Am I Raj Kundra? Do I look like him? No, right. Then who am I?)."
In the video, Shilpa is also seen saying, "I really believe as a celebrity you should never complain and you should never explain. Yeh meri zindagi ki philosophy rahi hai (This has been the philosophy of my life),” she added.

The video has gone viral at a time when Raj Kundra recently got bail in a pornography case and lost the legal battle to Sachin Joshi in the 'Satyug Gold' case. Earlier, Shilpa Shetty in her statement to the Mumbai Police in the porn case had said that she was too busy with her work to know what her husband was up to.
Raj was arrested by police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films.
Kundra is booked under Indian Penal Code Sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays), and relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
