Videos out! Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja wedding: Varun Dhawan joins Arjun Kapoor and Karan Johar for Sangeet rehearsals

The big day of Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja's wedding is inching closer and the excitement in B-Town for the same is quite palpable. With just two days left for Sonam's marriage, pre-wedding prep and Sangeet rehearsals are going on in full swing at Anil Kapoor's Juhu residence. Late on Friday night, Arjun Kapoor and Karan Johar were spotted arriving at the Kapoor residence to participate in the celebrations. Later on Jacqueline Fernandez and Varun Dhawan too joined in for the rehearsals of the Sangeet night. A few inside videos from the dance rehearsals going on at Sonam's home have now surfaced on social media and it has got us all excited. 

In the few videos that are doing the rounds, the kids from the family and other near and dear ones can be seen practising their steps on the song Swag Se Swagat from Tiger Zinda Hai. Another video has Varun Dhawan engrossed in conversation while Rhea Kapoor, Arjun and others are busy enjoying the madness and rehearsing on the song. In one of the videos, both Karan Johar and Varun Dhawan can be seen taking videos of the dance rehearsals for their respective social media. 

Several videos of the actors leaving the Kapoor residence have also surfaced. Varun, Arjun and Jacqueline left the bungalow together. They happily posed for the paparazzi. In fact, when the paps asked them to pose for a picture, Arjun quickly said, "Arrey iss se achha pose nahi milega aapko. Teen mastane chale zindagi banane..."

Sanjay Kapoor with wife Maheep Kapoor, Masaba Gupta, Anupam Kher, Mohit Marwah with his wife were also among those spotted on Friday night. The entire lane leading up to the Kapoor residence and Anil Kapoor's house have been beautifully lit up with colourful lights.

Talking about the performances, Karan Johar is reportedly performing on the title track of Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo while Janhvi Kapoor may be performing on some of the evergreen hit of mom Sridevi's songs. A Filmfare report suggests that dad Anil Kapoor will be putting up a solo performance on the song My Name is Lakhan and will also make his friends dance on Gallaan Goodiyaan from Dil Dhadakne Do. Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor will apparently be seen putting up another act together. 

Earlier on Friday, Anand Ahuja was spotted at the airport as he arrived in Mumbai for his big day. Later on Friday evening, he was spotted along with Sonam just before the pre-wedding festivities began.

While the Mehendi function is to be held on May 7 at her Bandra residence, the wedding ceremony is to take place on May 8, at Sonam's aunt Kavita Singh's plush bungalow Rockdale. The Sangeet and Wedding reception will be held at The Leela on May 8. Watch this space for the latest updates...
