Vicky Kaushal finally opens up on ‘Roka Ceremony’ with Katrina Kaif, makes BIG claims

Actor Vicky Kaushal has finally broken silence over the news of his engagement to Katrina Kaif saying that this is all the creation of social media users and paparazzi. Vicky Kaushal is currently grabbig headlines for his stellar performance in the role of revolutionary Sardar Udham Singh in the Shoojit Sircar-directed 'Sardar Udham'.

Recently , Vicky was asked about the rumours of his roka ceremony with Katrina Kaif and the actor replied saying that it was all a media creation.

Talking to a leading daily, Vicky said, “The news was circulated by your friends (laughs). I’ll get engaged soon enough, when the time is right. Uska bhi time aayega (the time will come).” 

It is to be noted that Vicky and Katrina are rumoured to be dating each other for over two years now. The couple have often been spotted having lunches and dinners together. In 2020, Vicky and Katrina spent Diwali together and Katrina was clicked outside Vicky’s residence.

But neither Vicky nor Katrina has confirmed about their relationship so far. Few months ago, Vicky’s brother Sunny Kaushal spoke on engagement of his elder brother. He told a web portal, “I remember that Vicky had gone to the gym in the morning when the rumours started coming. So, when he returned home, mom and dad funnily asked him, ‘Arre yaar, teri engagement ho gayi, mithai to khila de (We heard you got engaged, please treat us to sweets)’. And then Vicky told them, ‘Jitni asli engagement hui hai, utni asli mithai bhi kha lo (Since the engagement is imaginary, too.)"
