Varun Dhawan is pretty kicked about performing in the opening ceremony of the Indian Premiere League 2018
It's almost that time of the year again when the entire country gets glued to their TV screens for Indian Premiere League (IPL). While the players are prepping for the eleventh edition of the tournament, B-Town heartthrob Varun Dhawan has also begun rehearsing for his big performance at the opening ceremony of IPL 2018.
IPL 2018 is all set t begin from April 7. A number of B-Town celebs are prepping to add more glitz and glamour to the much anticipated opening night. Some of the initial names that popped up were, Jacqueline Fernandez, Ranveer Singh and Varun Dhawan, among others. While Ranveer is injured and won't be able to perform in the opening ceremony, Varun Dhawan has already started rehearsing for his big performance.
The Judwaa 2 actor shared a sneak peek from his rehearsal sessions in his Instagram stories. Varun is currently filming Sui Dhaaga with Anushka Sharma. However, the actors knows how to multitask and balance all his work commitments. He took some time out from the shoot of his films to prep for his performance at the opening of IPL 2018.

Meanwhile, recent reports suggested that the organisers have apparently approached Hrithik Roshan to perform in place of Ranveer Singh. While there hasn't been any official announcement on the same, we're pretty kicked about seeing Hritihk on stage and hope that Ranveer recuperates soon.
