Ali Abbas Zafar, who is the youngest director to be part of the coveted Rs 300-crore club with two back-to-back films — Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai — will be honoured with the Director Of The Year Award by All India Management Association. He will share the stage with the Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli and other successful achievers being felicitated by the organisers.

In the previous years, the association has honoured game-changing filmmakers like Rajkumar Hirani and Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra. Ali, who will receive the prize in New Delhi on April 18, will also speak about progressive changes and evolving state of Hindi cinema today.
