As per reports in a tabloid, Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be flying down to Mumbai next month to shoot a song for her upcoming film, 'The Sky Is Pink'.
Priyanka Chopra Jonas will be seen in a Bollywood film after a hiatus of three years. The actor alongside Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim is starring in The Sky Is Pink which is helmed by Shonali Bose. The film has been extensively shot in Mumbai, Delhi, London and Andaman. It was wrapped a couple of months back and PeeCee flew down to India for the same. The Sky Is Pink is based on the late motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary and the role is played by Zaira while Priyanka and Farhan will be seen as her onscreen parents.
Now, Chopra will be flying down to Mumbai to shoot a song for the film in the month of June. The track will be picturised on her with Farhan and Zaira. As per reports in Mumbai Mirror, the fun number will be seen in the middle of the film. Talking about the same, a source stated to the tabloid, "Composed by Pritam and written by Gulzar, it will be shot in a five-day schedule beginning June 6. Shonali, who is in the middle of post-production, has been working on the song for a few weeks now."
Reports have it, The Sky Is Pink will be premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival this year. The film is scheduled to release on October 11, 2019.
This is Priyanka and Farhan's second outing after Dil Dhadakne Do while has directed her in two films - Don and Don 2. Talking about the director, Shonali is known for her film Margarita With A Straw.
