Sushmita Sen made India proud back in the year 1994 when she became the first Indian to be crowned Miss Universe. Today, it's been 25 years and the former beauty queen took to her Twitter page and shared her happiness on the same. She tweeted, "Happy 25 yrs of India’s First Miss Universe!!! Thank you @Gahlaut11 #MissUniverse1994 #India". She also tweeted, "May 21st 1994!!!! #25yrs #MissUniverse1994 #India"
Today, Sushmita's beau Rohman Shawl took to his Instagram story and shared a vintage photo of her after she was crowned Miss Universe. He wrote, "25 Years of Owning the Universe". Rohman also shared a photo of two coffee cups and captioned it as "And Miss Universe forever @sushmitasen".
Sushmita replied to Rohman by reposting his post on her Instagram story. She commented, "I love you @rohmanshawl".
