Sushant Singh Rajput disappointed with the response to Raabta?
The actor was gung ho about his recent film but it failed to connect with the masses...
Weeks ago, when the first trailer of Raabta was released, Sushant Singh Rajput seemed super confident about the project. The actor has gone on record claiming how close he is to the film.
The film released this Friday and has not been able to have any Raabta with the critics or the audience. People haven't given the film a thumbs up and despite a section of the viewers absolutely praising the actor, they haven't really enjoyed the film.
This has left the actor upset. He had a huge hit in the form of MS Dhoni - The Untold Story. He has previously spoken about how the box office numbers don't bother him but the fact that Raabta has not been able to live up to his fans' expectations of him, has left SSR disappointed.
But it's okay, sometimes some films don't connect. Interestingly, he has a series of films lined up. From Tarun Mansukhani's Drive and Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath to Chanda Mama Door Ke and RAW, he is sorted for the next two years for sure!
