'Super 30' Box Office Day 1 early estimates: Hrithik Roshan's film to collect Rs 12 crore on opening day

Hrithik Roshan is all set to be back the the silver screens after a gap of more than two years with Super 30. The film, which hits the theatres this Friday, is based on the life of Patna based mathematician Anand Kumar and his experiences while training 30 students for the entrance exams of IIT. 

Super 30, which was earlier going to clash with Kangana Ranaut's Judgementall Hai Kya has gathered a positive response on the basis of its trailer. Several trade pundits have predicted that the Hrithik Roshan starrer is likely to rake in a total of about Rs 12 crore on day one of its release. 

The opening day box office collection figures can be between Rs 12 to Rs 15 crore as well. A report on Pinkvilla quoted trade analyst Girish Johar as saying, ""Hrithik Roshan is returning after two and a half years. Fans are waiting with bated breath and they are keenly waiting for the release. The trailer has struck a chord. It has set the film beautifully. People know what they are getting into. The curiosity among moviegoers is good. It is going to have a good start at the box office."

Super 30 also stars Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Tripathi in significant roles along side Hrithik Roshan. The film has been helmed by Vikas Bahl. The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has passed the film with a 'U' certificate. The total run time of Super 30 is 2 hours 34 minutes. 

Hrithik was last seen in the 2017 release Kaabil in which he co-starred with Yami Gautam. The film was directed by Sanjay Gupta.
