Indian cinema witnessed history once Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion released in theatres. The movie was helmed by SS Rajamouli and starred Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Rana Daggubati in lead roles.
Baahubali: The Beginning which ranks among the top 10 highest-grossing films in India was the first and only non-English film screened at the Royal Albert Hall in London ever since it was inauguated 148 years ago. It minted Rs. 650 crore worldiwde gross, making it the highest grossing film of 2015.
The impact seemed to reach London too, since, during the screening of Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Rana Daggubati starrer in London, the movie received a standing ovation. More so, Prabhas and Rana Daggubati witnessed a fan moment there.

SS Rajamouli's film also managed to make Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Rana Daggubati larger-than-life. After a long wait of two years, its sequel Baahubali: The Conclusion released in theatres and became the second highest worldwide grosser after Aamir Khan's Dangal, helmed by Nitesh Tiwari.
