Siddhanth Kapoor, who will be next seen in JP Dutta’s Paltan, which is backed by Zee Studios, ensured that he stuck to his exercise and diet regime during the extensive shoot in Ladakh. We hear that for dinner, he would only have a big bowl of soup every night.

Siddhanth says, “We were shooting at very high altitudes — like 14,000 to 15,000 ft above sea level where the amount of oxygen in the atmosphere is low, which makes it difficult for us to consume high carbs. So I’d have only vegetable soup at night throughout the shoot in Ladakh. Not only did it help me keep fit, but it also helped me survive the tough climate of the region.”
