Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra on Tuesday took to her Instagram handle to share a post that talks about resilience, grit, willpower and courage to stand back up every time one falls.

In her post, Shilpa who is seen performing a yoga asana write that there always will be moments that push you to the ground and it is in times like these that one needs to be strong enough to stand back up every time one falls. She further writes that while rising up may require a lot of grit, willpower and courage, it is these qualities that make one more resilient and robust for the journey of life. 

In the photo, Shilpa shared a quote that read, "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall." 

In her caption, Shilpa Shetty wrote, "There are always going to be moments that push you to the ground. In times like these, I truly believe that if you fall seven times, make yourself strong enough to be able to stand back up eight times. This rise will demand a lot of courage, grit, willpower, and strength during some of your most difficult moments. But, these qualities will only make you more resilient and robust in this journey called life. Every time that you rise back up, you will come back with renewed determination and motivation to make even the impossible possible."

Shilpa's post comes at a time when her husband Raj Kundra, who was arrested by the police on July 19, walked out of jail today after getting bail in a pornography case.

Earlier, after her husband was granted bail by a Mumbai court, Shilpa Shetty had shared an insightful thought on her Instagram Stories. Taking to her Instagram story, Shilpa shared a quotation that read, "Rainbows exist to prove that beautiful things can happen after a bad storm."

On Monday, a Mumbai court granted bail to Raj Kundra in the pornography case on a surety of Rs 50,000. The court has also granted bail to Kundra's associate Ryan Thorpe. He will also have to furnish a surety of Rs 50,000. Kundra had previously also applied for a bail plea, however, it was rejected by the Bombay High Court.

In August, after a lower court rejected his anticipatory bail plea, he moved the Bombay HC which granted him interim relief against arrest for a week. Recently, Mumbai Police's crime branch had filed a supplementary charge sheet against Raj in the pornography case.

As per information shared by Mumbai police on Thursday, the 1500-page charge sheet contained the statements of 43 witnesses including Shilpa. The charge sheet also included the names of two other accused in the case.

Raj was arrested by police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films. Kundra is booked under Indian Penal Code Sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292, and 293 (related to obscene and indecent advertisements and displays), and relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
