Shilpa Shetty reunites with her 'Tunki' Shamita Shetty after latter's 'Bigg Boss OTT' journey, shares adorable photos

Shilpa Shetty was reunited with her ‘Tunki’, sister Shamita Shetty after the latter spent six gruesome weeks in the ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ house. Shamita emerged as the second runners up of the reality show where Divya Agarwal was the winner and Nishant Bhat was the first runners up.

Taking to Instagram, Shilpa shared adorable photos where she can be seen hugging and kissing Shamita on her cheeks. While the former was dressed in a blue printed top, Shamita sizzled in a red top. Both the sisters flashed their smiles as they posed in the selfies.

Reacting to the post, fans showered both the sister with love and compliments. “Love you both @shamitashetty_official is a winner for us,” wrote one user while another commented, “sisters are precious bundles of.” A third user quipped, “Love this pic,” while a fourth one wrote, “Looking beautiful.”

For the unversed, hosted by Karan Johar, ’Bigg Boss OTT’ finale was held on Saturday (September 18). The top five finalists were Shamita, Raqesh Bapat, Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhat. While Raqesh ended up at the fourth place, Pratik decided to take the briefcase with money and got a direct entry into ‘Bigg Boss 15’.

Shamita’s journey in the ‘BB OTT’ was full of drama, fights, emotions and love. While her romantic moments with Raqesh won the hearts of viewers, her fights with Divya Agarwal also made headlines often. Shamita’s friendship with singer Neha Bhasin was also appreciated by many.

Shamita had participated in the reality show amid the ongoing controversy with Shilpa’s husband Raj Kundra in the pornography racket case. This year, Shilpa had celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi only with her two kids- Viaan and Samisha.

Recently, the actress had paid a visit to Mata Vaishno Devi Temple in Jammu and Kashmir’s Katra. Pictures doing rounds on the internet showed her taking the journey to the shrine on a horse. She even interacted with other devotees there.

Her pilgrimage visit came at the same time when Mumbai Police’s crime branch filed a supplementary charge sheet against Raj in the pornography case. As per information shared by Mumbai police on Thursday, the 1500-page charge sheet contained the statements of 43 witnesses including Shilpa. The charge sheet also included the names of two wanted accused in the case. Raj was arrested by police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films.

Meanwhile, on the work front, after taking a brief hiatus following Raj’s arrest, Shilpa is once again busy judging the dance reality show ‘Super Dancer 4’, alongside Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu. On the film front, she was recently seen in Priyadarshan’s ‘Hungama 2’.
