Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khatter watched 'Bekhayali' song from 'Kabir Singh' and was left 'dumbfounded'

After unveiling the action packed trailer of Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh, which is a remake of South hit Arjun Reddy, the makers of the film have dropped the first song titled Bekhayali. While the song had already become a hit on social media even before its release, courtesy a few lines from the song that featured in Kabir Singh trailer, netizens couldn't stap raving about it ever since the song video hit the Internet on Friday. 

Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khatter too watched the song which is high-on-emotions and gives you quite the feels on watching the transformation of Shahid Kapoor into an angry alcoholic heartbroken man when his beloved gets married to someone else. Unable to contain his feelings on watching the song, Ishaan Khatter took to his Instagram page and shared what he felt after watching Bekhayali song. 

He shared a still of Shahid from the song and captioned it writing, "I’m as in awe as can be. I hope one day I can make you as proud and happy as you make me bhai. Can’t say anymore because I’m dumbfounded, speechless. Please guys, go watch the video for the beautiful new song from ‘Kabir Singh’ - Bekhayali.”

Shahid's mother Neeliima Azeem too commented on the post and wrote, "Bekhayaali from kabir singh is soul stirring and tugs at the heart strings...im overwhelmed with your performance my dearest son ..outstanding performance..love you so much soooi proud of you."

Kabir Singh song Bekhayali has been written by Irshad Kamil. Directed by Sandeep reddy Vanga, Kabir Singh is a Hindi remake of Telugu Hit Arjun Reddy which starred Vijay Deverakonda in the lead. The movie is slated to hit the theatres on June 21, 2019.
