Sanjay took to social media to post photos from the film’s set in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. "New day, new film. 'Torbaaz'," Sanjay wrote as he is seen praying and doing aarti in front of the Lord Ganesha’s photo. In both the pictures, Sanjay is seen surrounded by the crew members.

The film's producer Rahul Mittra also tweeted posted photos and wrote, "enjoying minus 10 degrees in the beautiful city of Bishkek".

Directed by Girish Malik, Torbaaz is said to be an action-thriller set in Afghanistan.

Meanwhile, Girish had earlier revealed that the film will feature three leading ladies opposite Sanjay in the film. “There are three girls in this film. One girl will be playing the role of a parent. We have a few names in our mind for that. We will start approaching them now,” Girish told Deccan Chronicle.

“Then the second character is about a girl who runs a refugee camp, and we are looking at an international actress for that. We are in talks with a few Iranian actresses as well. The third leading girl is a Jordanian actress. We have artists from Afghanistan, Iran, and America,” he had added.
