One of the highly anticipated films, 'Radhey Shyam' co-stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde are making headlines after several reports suggested that there was a rift between the two actors citing that Pooja's 'unprofessional behaviour' on the sets wherein she would allegedly come late, did not go down well with Prabhas. However, clarifying that there was no rift between the two stars, the producers of the film, UV Creations, issued a statement.
Rubbishing all reports of a rift between Prabhas and Pooja Hegde, the producers of 'Radhe Shyam' called the rumours 'baseless'. They further went on to add that the two actors 'have great respect and admiration for each other'.
"These reports are completely baseless. Prabhas and Pooja Hedge have great respect and admiration for each other. In fact, they share a great camaraderie off-screen and that has translated into some magical onscreen chemistry," UV Creations was quoted as saying in a statement by The Times of India.
Talking about the reports of Pooja coming late to the sets, the statement further said, "Pooja has always been very punctual for her shoots. She is very easy to work with. These rumours are merely a figment of someone's imagination. All is well between the leading pair and the entire team is very excited to bring audiences a theatrical experience they won't forget."
Directed by Radha Krishna Kumar the multi-lingual love story is set in Europe in the 1970s. Shot extensively in Italy, Georgia and Hyderabad, 'Radhe Shyam' mounted on a mega canvas, boasts of state-of-the-art visual effects and will see Prabhas and Pooja in never-seen-before avatars.
Pooja has multiple films across various film industries which include 'Cirkus' alongside Ranveer Singh, 'Bhaijaan' with Salman Khan, 'Acharyaa' with Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan, 'Most Eligible Bachelor', 'Beast' opposite Thalapathy Vijay as well as '#SSMB28' with Mahesh Babu in the pipeline.
On the other hand, Prabhas has 'Adipurush', 'Salaar' and an untitled Nag Ashwin film in the pipeline.
