Richa Chadha bids farewell to Sushant Singh Rajput; addresses nepotism, bullying, need for change in lengthy blog post

Richa Chadha's blog post about Sushant Singh Rajput and various other topics related to the film industry - nepotism, bullying and the dire need for change. Richa addressed the scenario post Sushant's demise - right from trolls rto the topic of nepotism and bullying.

"There has been much chatter about nepotism and too little about what this environment can do to a person’s mental health," wrote Richa, well explaining what her blog would state further. "All this in the wake of a suicide by a beautiful actor who happened to be an old friend," she addressed Sushant before moving on to discuss the topics currently being spoken about, at length.

She compared the industry to a 'food chain', stating that the bullying only gets carried forward. She states that the industry is divided between kind and unkind people. "As for nepotism, it just makes me laugh out loud in real life," the actress penned.

Stressing on the need for change, Richa added, "Change is messy and uncomfortable, but not changing may be fatal." The actress questioned why actors can't be paid royalty, while also narrating an incident that happened with the journalists after her boyfriend Ali Fazal's mother passed away.
