It's been about a week since India's first female superstar - Sridevi left for heavenly abode and the nation still doesn't seem to have gotten over the shock of her sudden demise. Now, if recent reports are anything to go by, then controversial filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma is all set to make a movie on the life of Sridevi.

Though, there hasn't been any official announcement from the side of RGV, lyricist Sirasri mentioned the same during a conversation on a Telugu TV channel. The lyricist, who's a close follower of Varma, was speaking at a debate on the TV channel. He happened to reveal that Varma will make the official announcement about the biopic when the story is finalised. 

 

Those who're uninitiated, Sridevi had worked with Ram Gopal Varma in Telugu film Kshana Kshanam. The filmmaker had gone on a Twitter rant soon after the news of Sridevi's tragic demise broke on social media. 

The actress, who was in Dubai to attend a family wedding, passed away due to accidental drowning following loss of consciousness on Febrary 24. She was cremated after being given the state honours in Mumbai on February 28.
