R Madhavan is ready for 'Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein' sequel but there's one condition

R Madhavan has agreed to be part of his memorable film 'Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein's sequel. The actor, while not confirming rumours about the movie's sequel, said that he would love to be part of the film, but on one condition.

R Madhavan spoke on behalf of Dia Mirza too when he said that the script has to be age-appropriate for the two actors. He also joked about the age factor and said that if he played Madhav Shastri at the age he is, it would simply look stupid.

Madhavan took to Twitter and shared, "# RHTDM ..Guysss ...been reading rumors about the sequel .. and hoping it’s true-cause I have no idea about this.. just praying that someone somewhere has an age appropriate script for Dia and I."

Released in 2001, 'Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein' did not work at the Box Office initially but the movie has gone on to achieve the status of cult over the years. The movie marked both R Madhavan and Dia Mirza's debut in Bollywood. It also featured Saif Ali Khan and Anupam Kher in pivotal roles.
