Priyanka Chopra posted a picture with her mother and herself in response to the backlash she received for her attire when she met the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Berlin.
Priyanka Chopra and Narendra Modi were coincidentally visiting Berlin at the same time and a meeting was arranged between them yesterday. Following that, Priyanka posted a picture of PM Modi and herself sitting together and having a conversation.
However, Priyanka was heavily criticised for her choice of dress by some of her followers on Instagram, deeming her dress inappropriate for the prestigious meet with the Prime Minister according to Indian culture. She wore a formal, knee-length dress and some felt she shouldn't have "shown off her legs", while others rightfully remained supportive of her, defended and praised her.
Now, PC has made her statement by posting a picture of her mother caressing her cheeks lovingly and captioned it writing, "Legs for days....#itsthegenes with @madhuchopra nights out in #Berlin #beingbaywatch.", proving she will not change her sassy and elegant way and shut down the haters.
