Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander actor Pooja Bedi has announced her engagement with beau Maneck Contractor
Former actor Pooja Bedi is all set to marital bliss soon. The stunning beauty announced her engagement with longtime beau Maneck Contractor on her Instagram page. The much-in-love couple exchanged rings at a ceremony held in Udaivilas The Oberoi in Udaipur. Pooja shared a beautiful photo with Maneck and captioned it saying, "Fairy tale.... thats what happens when @farahkhanali and @libasindia @libasreshmariyaz dress us up !!!" Pooja was earlier married to Farhan Furniturewala.
During an interaction with a daily, Bedi shared her happiness and how Maneck proposed her. She stated, "I'm engaged. The love of my life proposed to me in a hot air balloon, hundreds of feet high up in the sky!!!! As he slipped an exquisite ring onto my fingers, my eyes filled with tears." Pooja went on to speak about how her past relationships and how her journey has been a rollercoaster ride.
The Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander actor said, "Each and every relationship that I've been in since has added so many dimensions and colour to my life. Most people look back at their past and are filled with regret or pain. I look back with so much gratitude, for good times shared and also, most importantly for teaching me what I don't want or will not accept. I grew up in times where the word "compromise" was integral to relationships and it was mainly women who bent and even broke just to hold onto their marriages. I always chose to want my life and relationships to be empowering to both individuals. I felt it so important to recognise that people enter each others' lives at various stages to add to their respective journeys."
