'Pati Patni Aur Woh' Box Office Report Day 8: Kartik Aaryan's movie is a hit, but not as huge as 'Luka Chuppi'

After having a decent start, Pati Patni Aur Woh starring Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday in lead roles, has finally become a hit. The movie was successful at the Box Office till its first week, and on day 8, the movie earned the hit tag.

Kartik Aaryan's Pati Patni Aur Woh minted Rs. 2.75-3 crore on its second Friday i.e. on day 8. The drop from Thursday collections of 3.75 crores is 20-25% which proves the movie has been working well among the audiences so far.

Despite the success, Pati Patni Aur Woh might not be able to compete with Kartik Aaryan's previous release Luka Chuppi. The Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday starrer could mint Rs. 75 crore and if the weekend collections are great, it could even go up to Rs. 80 crore.

Pati Patni Aur Woh faced competition from Rani Mukerji's Mardaani 2 and very little competition from Emraan Hashmi-Sobhita Dhulipalia-Rishi Kapoor's The Body. The movie has most competition from Jumanji: The Next Level, starring Dwayne Johnson and Nick Jonas in lead roles. More so, Pati Patni Aur Woh will have very little chance to survive at the Box Office after Salman Khan-Sonakshi Sinha's Dabangg 3 release next Friday.
