Akshay Kumar is all set to reprise the role of Arunachalam Muruganantham - the inventor of low-cost sanitary napkins for women in rural areas, with Padman.

The actor, who has been intriguing the audience with the film’s innovative posters for a while, took to social media to release yet another interesting poster with a strong message.

In the poster, Akshay is seen in a formal avatar with a sanitary napkin in his hand. Set against the backdrop a what looks like an American city, the poster has Akshay presenting something at a conference. Akshay captioned the poster as, "#PadManTalks : This pad giving woman two months extra life. Actress Sonam Kapoor also posted the poster on her social media account and wrote, “This Republic Day, be inspired and delighted with the story of a man who made a great change. Directed by R. Balki and produced by Twinkle Khanna's Mrs. Funnybones Productions, Padman also stars Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor. The film is slated to release on January 26, 2018.

Meanwhile, Akshay will also be seen in Reema Kagti’s Gold and Rajinikanth-starrer 2.0.
