On Monday, after Disney+ Hotstar announced about live press conference with Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan, Vidyut Jammwal expressed his disappointment for the snub. It so happened that along with those stars, Vidyut's film Khuda Haafiz is also getting a digital release on the popular streaming platform. However, Vidyut and Lootcase actor Kunal Kemmu didn't make it to the live.

Vidyut had tweeted, "A BIG announcement for sure!! Seven films scheduled for release but only five are deemed worthy of representation. Two films receive no invitation or intimation. It's a long road ahead. THE CYCLE CONTINUES".

Now, Genelia Deshmukh, who co-starred with Vidyut in Force took to her Twitter page and penned her thought while supporting him. Her tweet read as "Every film is made with a lot of love, a lot of sweat & a lot of people giving it their all. Its only fair to want a little respect, its only fair to expect an invitation, its only fair to have at least been intimated. But then, sometimes even life is not fair. keep walking my friend. More power to you... @VidyutJammwal".

Along with Khuda Haafiz and Lootcase, the films to be streamed are Dil Bechara, Bhuj: The Pride of India, Laxmmi Bomb, The Big Bull and Sadak 2.
