To everyone's amazement, late J Jayalalithaa wanted that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan portrays her role.

In a recent Tweet, veteran actress Simi Garewal spoke of the late Former Chief Minister's desires, saying that while she doesn't agree with Kangana's radical remarks, she admires her acting ability.

Garewal recently attended a special screening of Kangana's film and said that if Jayalalithaa had preferred Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to perform her character, the veteran actress would have agreed of Kangana's portrayal to prevent any controversy.
