Not again! Priyanka Chopra the reason for Salman Khan-Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Inshallah' split

Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were once great friends. Salman worked in Bhansali's debut film Khamoshi: The Musical and then they went on to make the epic Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam co-starring Aishwarya Rai. The hit pairing of Salman and Bhansali was set to work together again in Inshallah. Unfortunately, it looks like that might remain a dream to be fulfilled for an even longer wait.

While there were many reports stating reasons between Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali split, the latest one even involves Priyanka Chopra. This version, however, appears to be believable since Chopra and Bhansali wanted to work together after Bajirao Mastani.

After Bhansali and Priyanka discussed many projects, they agreed she should be part of a dance number in Inshallah, a source told Masala. “But Salman put his foot down. He said he wanted Daisy Shah for the number. This was unacceptable to Bhansali,” added the little birdie.

Salman Khan had openly taken digs at Priyanka Chopra after she quit his dream project Bharat mid-way. He had always maintained that it were digs at Katrina Kaif, who replaced Priyanka, but reports were rife that Salman did not take Priyanka's choice of marriage over professional life very easily.
