Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's marriage is one of the most discussed and celebrated events of the year. The couple tied the knot on April 14, in a private-yet-lavish wedding, and their love was celebrated by their fans. Now, Alia's mother-in-law, veteran actress Neetu Kapoor has opened up on life after marriage, and how is bahurani Alia.

While promoting her upcoming family-entertainer JugJugg Jeeyo, Kapoor spoke to ETimes about how their lives have changed after Ranbir's marriage. Neetu said, "I am the happiest, today. She has given him a lot of love and warmth. I feel the change in him. They look good together." Kapoor further added, "I am very happy and feel lucky that Alia has come into our family. So, life has really changed and I am very content. Woh tension hota hai na, shaadi nahin hui, shaadi nahi hui. Ab shaadi ho gayi."

The duo's intimate wedding was another topic of discussion. Nearly 40 close members were only allowed at the wedding. So, when the veteran actress was quipped about the decision, Neetu called them a trendsetter. "It set an example for many. You don't have to do a big wedding. You should do a wedding where you should be happy and family should enjoy. Else, hum doosre logon ko khush karne mein lag jaate hain."

Neetu has been boasting about Alia like a proud mother-in-law on many occasions. Even while shooting for her show Dance Deewane Juniors, Sr Kapoor is in praises for Bhatt. With JugJugg Jeeyo, Neetu will make her comeback to films after 2010's Do Dooni Chaar. In this film, Neetu shared the screen with her late husband Rishi Kapoor. JugJugg Jeeyo also stars Anil Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani and Maniesh Paul in primary roles. JugJugg Jeeyo will hit cinemas on June 24.
