National Film Awards 2019: Aditya Dhar 'thanks India' for accepting his film 'Uri: The Surgical Strike'
Aditya Dhar received National Award for his January release Uri: The Surgical Strike which starred Vicky Kaushal in the lead role
66th National Film Awards 2019 commenced at Shastri Bhawan in New Delhi recently. Aditya Dhar received the best director award for Uri: The Surgical Strike. Starring Vicky Kaushal in the lead role, Uri: The Surgical Strike was a movie was based on Uri attacks which took place in 2016.
Vicky played the role of Major Vihan Shergill who headed the strike. Thanking everyone in his life, including India itself, Aditya Dhar shared a statement for his National Award win.
